You're going second and you have these cards in your hand:
1 Voltorb
1 Dark Electrode
1 Dratini
1 Dark Dragonite
2 Rare Candy
1 Deoxys(Normal)

You draw a Dark Energy card. Rare Candy into Dark Trode and Dragonite. Darkness Navigation for a Dark, move it to Deoxys, attach the Dark Energy from your hand. There you go
