This is horrible. You need some actual card blanks and the right fonts. The picture is also messed us as well. I'll give you 1 point for trying.

I'm just giving it the rating of my first banner since their new. *shivers* my first one was horrible!
 
next time try to get a blank card and when you put the text remember to put it as transparent and use a different kind of text. also try to make the text box bigger so the letters don't look so squished.

Very nice.

My main point was, if you are going to critisize his work, why don't you give him good advice. Instead of saying "You need some actual card blanks". Why don't you give him the link to get them, so he can inprove.
