There are step by step instructions in Redshark. I believe the instructions can be viewed by selecting an option from the menu, and/or from the Redshark Help.
 
When I click "How to create custom cards", it comes up with the Redshark help page. This does not say how to create custom cards. Can someone explain how to create them?

BTW I use a mac.
 
It doesn't say anything like that on mine. What section is it on? Could someone maybe Copy and Paste that section?

After launching the Redshark Help web page, the last entry in the Table of Contents is "Creating Custom Cards" - it describes.

NOTE: I don't have Excel on my mac, so I don't know if the custom card spreadsheet file that comes with Redshark works on a Mac. Please let me know if you can - thanks!

My Redshark help must be really messed up, because the last entry in the table of contents is "Messaging", and on the whole table of contents I can't find "creating custom cards". I'm going to try downloading Redshark again.
