I got inspired by the pokemon movie yesterday after watching it. Victini is so cool in the movie, and I saw Iris on the big screen!! <3 Epic ftw. The file is too big so I'll just post the link.

100% hand drawn; Used a 7.0 mm mech pen, "05" and "005" Tech pens, and a tissue.;

And aside that, your drawings are really great. I don't think you need to improve at all. :)

Anyway thank you! Although I believe there's no limit to anyone's potential. Pokemon for the win!
 
This is cute, good job. However, you need to work on your outlining. And the shaping of Mew's body/head and Victini's head are a little bit off, but besides that they look fine. I'm really impressed with the Jirachi though, keep up the good work.

That looks great! I have to mention the shading - it looks great - I'm not good at shading smoothly like that, so that personally impresses me. But yeah, the Pokemon all look great, keep up the work and be sure to post more! :]
 
Love the drawing, strangely enough when I was smaller, I wanted to make a basketball team of the Cute legends from Pokemon, I thought that Riolu was a legendary pokemon like mew, and now that Gen V has beem out I keep thinking of a "roster" for that team. Thar's what this picture reminds me of
 
Jirachi is dead-on. It's sooooo good. I love them all, but that Jirachi! AHHHHHHH I WANT IT. Great work.
 
I really like Jirachi in the drawing! The drawing is great you drew all of the Pokemon pretty much perfectly, keep up the good work DSF.
 
Ah, I thought you meant cutified versions of the bigger, more fearsome Legendary Pokémon. But this is great too. Victini's head seems to be off though. The official artwork has its head slightly wider than it is tall.

Also, Kyubey would fit right in.
 
They all look great, really cute. Just one thing that's already been said, Victin's head seems awkward. I'm no artist, but this is really great keep it up.
 
Not bad, this is pretty good I really like it. But I can't help feeling it could be better. Just a few nitpicks I want to point out.
- Victini's head seems to be a little oval shaped verticaly. If it was just squashed a little then it would look a little more in place.
- Victini's wrists (?) seem to be a little skinny, in it's sprites and artwork, it's wrists are a little baggier. Other than a few size variations that can be put on an art style, you have nailed it.
- Mew's neck and shoulders seem a little too far down. And it's eyes just a touch too big.
- Mew's stomach is very thin than in artwork , it should be a little fatter.
- It's tail should be more butter knife shaped and longer.

Other than these, I think Celebi, Manaphy and Jirachi are all good.
