Strategy:

Im using pretty much the normal Porygon Strategy. With Porygon's Version update attack and TM-1, getting set up will be fast. If I face trainer lock, I can use Porygon's Learning attack to level up Dialga G on my bench.
Porygon Z Lv X's Decode Power lets me search out any 2 cards and place them on top of my deck. I can then draw them with Uxie, or just on my next turn.

Banette (PL) is my Gengar counter as well as draw booster.
I can ditch cards in my hand to avoid high damage from Gengar, and/or increase the number of cards I draw with Uxie's Set Up.

Banette (TR) is my umbreon counter. Since I already use Banette, adding this one seemed ok. It attacks with Damage counters rather then actual attack damage. All I need to do is either hope they 9+ cards in their hand, OR hope they have at least 5 and then I can de evolve them next turn. Sure, banette is weak to umbreon, but as long as I attack first, Im golden.
Against Gyarados, it is possible to 1hko a gyarados with Break Down. Makes for a fun KO.

Yeah, thats about it I guess...

I really like the Banette idea. I think you need at least 1 Mesprit. You can learning your DGX, then they level it down. It's an endless cycle and you get the short end of the stick. This way, you can Psychic Bind, then Learning, to guarantee at least one turn of trainers.

Thats why I have banette (PL). I liked this guy over Regice. A regice start = sad face. Shuppet start = fun.

Plus, as stated, Banette adds to my draw power.
