Dark Patch is good, but I feel it is overhyped. Like Catcher and N, It will make the format better, but will not completely change it.

Ditto, if it was for all pokemon and all energy, or even included Sp. Dark, it might be realy amazing. As it stands now, I think it will make dark decks better, maybe even teir 1, but most likely not BDIF.
