Ruling Darkness energy and Dragonite FB

Ok, so you put 3 special darkness energies to Dragonite. Use weavile's poke power and increase by 30. Then you attack with Mach Blow and the defending pokemon is SP, will it do 110 damage? Or 80.

[C][C][C] Mach Blow: 20 damage. If the Defending Pokemon is an SP-Pokemon, this attack’s base damage is 80.
[C][C][C][C] Giant Tail: 100 damage. Flip a coin, if tails this attack fails.

Retreat Cost: 3
Set Number: 73

As long as an attack hits the Defending Pokemon, the Dark Energy always applies to the damage dealt to the Defending. You would do 110.
