I'm not sure that you need Hypno in this at all really. If you bump up to 3 Malamar EXs you should be fine. I also don't think you need the Yveltal EXs in there as Malamar is kind of the same thing.
I run something similar to this with Zoroark(BreakThrough) to make sure to get through Regice walls, which I've been running in to a lot)

I'm super pumped that Darkrai is back, and I hope this deck treats you well!

EDIT:
If you drop Hypno, you might as well drop All-Night Party. Letting opponents heal up might not help with all the Gyarados-ex decks now.
This leaves space for another stadium card like Shadow Circle or Reverse Valley
 
Thanks for the reply, maybe I should try out the combination of Hypno or Malamar and see which works best with the deck. The only thing I'm concerned about with Malamar is the fact I need to attach an energy card to get his hypnosis ability. With Hypno I can use his ability every turn without having to do anything. And I guess the choice of putting Yveltal EX in there was in the instance my deck didn't get set up soon enough. Will be posting an update again soon.
