Strategy

My strategy is simply to use Darkrai to not only use as a offense but also a free retreat for lugia and tornadus. Thanks!

You have a lot going on here. First, narrow your focus to a couple of cards. You have Umbreon, Tornadus, Bisharp?, and Lugia all in one deck. This is way too inconsistent. If you want to use Darkrai-EX's free Retreat, I would suggest you simply run the Glaceon. It's good enough. I'm not sure why the Bisharp is in here either. By playing only one of a bunch of Trainers, and then running one Skyla, this is also a sign of inconsistency. You should be running something like:

4x Juniper
4x N
2x Bianca
2x Colress
2/3x Skyla

as your core for Supporters for almost any deck. Then, identify what you want to focus on. If you want to give Lugia and other Team Plasma stuffs free Retreat, keep the Glaceon. If you're going to attack with Lugia, drop some of those Darkness Energy for Double Colorless.

Hey thanks for posting, I didn't see it but I made some changes but what 2 cards should I take out to max my Junipers?

I would remove the Eevee line, possibly even Kangis (although I'm extremely partial to Emolga, that free Retreat is just SO good..), and like Serpior said, narrow your focus. Having too much going on makes a Deck inconsistent and clunky.

The first thing that pops into my mind when I think "Darkrai" and "Plasma" is a Deck centered around Absol, as he is a Dark Team Plasma Pokemon that has a good and efficient (only 2 Energy) attack. With a Silver Bangle/Dark Claw, Deoxys EX on your Bench, and the enemy Bench fully filled, Absol can one-shot [nearly] any EX Pokemon for only 2 Energy. It would also force your opponent to be hesitant to Bench Pokemon they may need, and worst case scenario you attack with Absol's second attack, which with Bangle/Deoxys isn't that bad, or with Darkrai's Dark Spear.

Another card that deserves more love, at least in my opinion, is Houndoom from Plasma Blast. For a DCE and a Dark Energy it can hit a Team Plasma Pokemon for 120 and Burn them. (Like a Goldbreaker for Plasma Pokemon, and he benefits from all the Dark techs, only downside being that it is a Stage 1.) And if you plan on including Lugia(or Bouffalant?) you'd have the DCE anyway.

Just figure out what your main focus/what you want to do is, and go from there. And solidify your Supporters.

If I remove the Eevee line should I keep the plasma balls or should I downgrade them to 2 Plasma Balls?
