Is this a standard Darkrai format? I'm pretty sure it is. I'm just making this because it's way cheaper than Blastoise.
 
If you're taking out the DCE, might as well take out the Mewtwo as well. Add in another Darkness Energy and bump the Skyla count to three. I would suggest running a pair of Colress as well, because against decks that play a large Bench, cough, Plasma, you'll be raking in a ton of cards. Consider taking the Keldeo-EX out for Switch and an Absol. Keldeo is going to get targeted by Genesect nearly every time because it's a free two Prize Card pickup. So...yeah. Try those out!
 
True, but against every deck but Genesect Keldeo does help me alot. If I see a Genesect deck, I just won't play him. I'm thinking about taking out the DCE, but I kindof like having mewtwo. Ill defiantly test no mewtwo and the absol + switch, though.

just a couple pointers.

float stone is pointless bc darkrai does the same thing. ether dex is inconsistant and therefore bad. Pokedex will be rotated soon anyway. the plasma ball is also pointless as it only searches out absol. you forgot catcher in your list. at least 3 is necessary...or 4 without lasers

my points are valid constructive criticism at your points... which are honestly counter-productive. im not trying to come off as negative, but you are making your list worse and worse.
