If you look at the body's those two have then you'll see that they don't have to be active to be activated during the game.
Now if you have 4 darkrai g/nidokings in play, would it increase the damage by 10/20 for each extra darkrai g/nidoking?

For Darkrai G, it does put on more damage. For Nidoking, I'm not 100% sure (I have a headache, so I'm not thinking straight) but it doesn't say you can't use more than 1 Territorial during your opponent's turn, so the damage should increase.

I quote Nidoking:
Nidoking said:
Poké-Body: Territoriality
If your Active Pokémon is damaged by an opponent's attack (even if that Pokémon is Knocked Out), put 2 damage counters on the Attacking Pokémon. You can't put more than 2 damage counters in this way.

The bolded part is the key here. 'this' refers back to the Poké-Body in general, and if 1 Territoriality Poké-Body is blocked (like with a Power Spray for Poké-Bodies, but I can't think of one) but still activated, then you would still put 2 damage counters if you have a benched Nidoking. So no, it doesn't stack.

Darkrai-G on the other hand, does stack.
