Ruling Darkrai's night spear attack.

Hi just two questions about Darkrai EX move.

1. If darkrai has a Dark Claw attached to him does his secondary effect of his move still do 30 damage to one opposing players bench move or does it now do 50 damage?

2. If one of my bench pokemon have an Evolite attached to it and then the opposing player decides to hit that pokemon for the secondary effect of Night Spear does that still do 30 damage or is it now only 10 damage?

1. It would only do 30 damage. If you read Dark Claw, it says "To the Active Pokemon" so you don't apply the extra 20 to the bench.

2. It would only do 10 damage assuming Eviolite is attached to a basic. Unlike Dark Claw, it does not specify "To the Active Pokemon" so Eviolite works at all times, including on the bench. Therefore Night Spear would only hit your benched pokemon for 10 damage.
