Standard Decidueye/Jolteon/Glaceon

So I recently got 4 Decidueye GXs. Needless to say, this card is extremely versatile. Lots of options for creative decks. I figure the best thing to pair it with is Pokemon that lock your opponent down (like the toad variant in expanded). Decidueye/Vileplume seems to be the choice for competitive play, but I dont really like the idea of two stage 2s (even with FotGP). So i thought, "what cards lock my opponent in standard?". Thats when I figured, Jolteon/Glaceon. Here is the list I came up with:

Pokemon: 18
4-4-4 Decidueye Gx
2 Jolteon Ex
2 Glaceon Ex
2 Shaymin Ex

Trainers: 28

3 Sycamore
3 N
2 Lysandre
1 Ninjaboy

4 VS seeker
4 Ultraball
2 Revitalizer
4 Fighting Fury Belt
1 Special Charge
2 Switch

4 Forest of the Giant Plants

Energy: 12

4 DCE
4 Rainbow Energy
2 Water
2 Lightning

Let me know what you guys think, but here are my thoughts:

+ lock down basics or evolved pokemon based on your opponent
+ hit for 3 different types of weakness
+ apply pressure with feather arrow while safely attacking with Jolteon/Glaceon
+ Glaceon's second bite attack can OHKO big threats when used after a few feather arrows

- No energy acceleration
- too much special energy (I hope I never see that new skarmory while playing this deck lol)
- might have consistency issues

I think you're overinvesting in walls for deciduye by using jolteon/glaceon who have high energy requirements for what they do compared to other walling options such as Tauros GX and Lugia EX. Beedril-EX is also, IMO, required as a one-of card for a good decidueye deck in standard. It's the only reliable tool removal we have, and if you can't remove tools you just lose the game if they get a garbodor out.

If you used those a mix of those cards instead (maybe like 2-1-1), you could cut back on energy, drop all of the rainbow energy and go to 4 DCE 4 grass. It would be relatively easy to fit in a 2-2-2 line of Vileplume as well, which is great value in any deck that runs 4 FOGP simply because if you get the initial flip and can get some combination of cards that gives you a turn 1 lock, you just win the game from there.

With Vileplume you'd need to cut out many of the item cards, particularly the vs seekers, ffb, special charge and switch. Include 3 float stones that can be dropped before Vileplume comes down instead, and work 2-3 level balls into the list because they let you search rowlet/dartrix and oddish/gloom in the early game before item lock is established.

Im going to disagree with 95% of what @Kietharr had to say, since you are not interested in playing vileplume. I would agree that a beedril could be usefull for tool removal as a one of. My other recommendations would be more ways to switch mainly in the form of float stones. Other than that i think the list looks pretty good and im sure you will find any necisarry changes after play testing.

I don't really understand what you are trying to do with this deck. The Joteon/Glaceon idea sounds interesting but you are way too heavily invested in Decidueye to get the EXs out with any consistency. I'd either focus on Jolteon/Glaceon and dump the Decidueye line for 3 or 4 each of Jolteon/Glaceon and 2 Hoopa and use the 6 - 8 extra cards for more energy and/or max elixirs (I'd also dump the rainbow energy for basic energy). I'd then dump the FOGP for Rough Seas.

The list would look something like this:

Pokémon: 10
3 Jolteon EX
3 Glaceon EX
2 Hoopa EX
2 Shaymin EX

Trainers: 30
4 Fighting Fury Belt
4 Max Elixir
4 Nest Ball
4 VS Seeker

3 Sycamore
3 N
2 Birch's Observations
2 Lysandre
1 Ninja Boy

3 Rough Seas

Energy: 10
4 Electric
4 Water
2 DCE

This leaves you with 10 empty spaces for cards like:
Switch / Escape Rope / Float Stone (to counter Lysandre)
Raikou / Regice / Pokémon Ranger / Hex Maniac (to counter EX blocks)
More Energy / Energy Retrieval
and any other disruption cards you might want

I made this deck pretty quickly in my head so it prolly is flawed but it should give you a solid basis on what to build off of.

The other option is to dump Jolteon/Glaceon and build a deck around Decidueye. Options would be to do what Kietharr suggested which would work well. You could also go Mega Alakazam (or Mega T-Tar if you are feeling ambitious although I think it is an inferior card to Alakazam).
