I've been trying to think of something HGSS-on that's fast, flexible, and hits hard. Sniping is good, too. The problem is trying to balance all of these.

Blastoise all the way. With Feraligatr Prime HGSS (and Floatzel UL) still in the format along with Blastoise UL, the deck still works well. Blastosie snipes for 100 to any one of your opponent's Pokemon, and has a durable 130 HP. I'm going to run this deck come rotation, and I think it'll survive. Of course, other options are Donchamp, Steelix, or Tyrannitar, but Blastoise is what I perfer.

Ooh, I find some of those very appealing. I'm not a fan of DonChamp becuase it's not very reliable usually, but all excellant ideas!

It isn't a great idea to try and incorporate all those aspect into 1 deck. Consistency is key to all decks and as long as the deck can do whetever it does well, then it will succeed (unless it's over shadowed by a better card) but just off the top of my head a to a few good deck idea for the new format

Donphan Prime
Zekrom
Scizor Prime (of course Emboar/Reshiram decks kill it but it's still a nice concept)
T-Tar Prime
There are a few i'm missing but for now there are already quite alot ot decks that can be made if you can create the right list. The only thing to worry about now is what will become the top tier deck(s) as the meta always shapes around it/them.
It isn't a great idea to try and incorporate all those aspect into 1 deck. Consistency is key to all decks and as long as the deck can do whetever it does well, then it will succeed (unless it's over shadowed by a better card) but just off the top of my head a to a few good deck idea for the new format

X_empoleon_X - What worries me for T-Tar is I don't know how popular the {F} builds will be. Like Donphan and whatnot. We'll definitely have to watch our backs on types during HGSS-on.

Eh, two Stage 2's seems kinda sketchy. Plus Kingdra Prime is iffy. We'll have to see the meta then for that one!

Krookodile, when paired with someone else may turn out to be succesfull. Krookoroll isnt to be just tosssed aside.

No, I said two stage two's is sketchy. A stage two and two one's has more flexibility.

are you serious it will take about 3 turns to set up. there is no deck that hits harder

I think Victini (From The Red Collection starter deck) will be beast once it's out. It will be easy to set up, since you only need a collector and some Dual Balls, and then you attach a fire energy to it, and with the collector and dual balls you want to make sure you get out Shaymin UL and Pachirisu CL, and doing this, you could donk very quickly. I think this is going to be the next bdif.
