Deck Choice Beginner Help

Hello guys,
i'm new in Pokemon TCG and i really need some help.
I need to make my first "semi competitive" deck.
Here are my EX-Pokemons, can someone give me some ideas to choice?

Note that on September 1, certain sets rotated out of Standard format play. Of the cards listed above, Dialga EX, Florges Ex, Gengar EX and M Gengar EX have rotated-out. Mewtwo EX from the NXD and LTR sets rotated out, as well.

Of the remaining cards, I'd suggest considering building a deck around one of the following:

• Zygarde EX (perhaps the cheapest)
• Volcanion EX
• Alakazam EX
• M Gallade EX

Neither Zygarde EX or Volcanion EX decks require Mega evolution cards; so, these will perhaps be the easiest and cheapest to build (or trade for needed cards). Both Alakazam EX and Gallade EX decks would require the Mega EX evolution cards; so those would add to the overall deck's cost.

The Hoopa EX and the Umbreon EX can be used as techs within a deck or "trade bait."

Definitely checkout the Deck Garage Forum for examples of each of these decks. If not, I can give you some deck drafts. Afterwards, you can then also figure out each deck's cost. Also, consider play-testing each deck you like (irl (with proxies, if need be and/or online) before making any actual card purchases/trades.

OK. You want to play an Expanded deck. Also, it appears most of your Pokémon are Psychic. I would suggest now that you try to get 4 Phantump (Ascension), 4 Trevenant (Forest Curse) and 3 Trevenant BREAK. These are quite powerful and can be the core of your deck. Your EXs can then provide additional support.

Your energy and Trainers are listed in Italian or Spanish? I understand neither language, unfortunately. So, following is a suggested Trainers and Energy list:
