What about the various Dragonite ex d decks? Mewtrick seems faster.
 
Mercury, FOR ME, is a great deck. And that I should ask everyone who hates it to try Mercury...I beat Metanite in a matter of 5 turns! Anyways, I won't say that Mercury is the best deck though, but it is good enough to be an archtype, IMHO. The worst deck has to RaiEggs. You can OHKO it easily with a Machamp or something! Low HP equals low time standing. So RaiEggs, IMO, is NOT THE WAY TO GO!!
 
I don't beleive people are saying Liability is the worst deck 0_0
its the only thing i can win with... I dont know what dodgy version they've been playing with/against, but mine works great.
Whats bad about 1 hit KO against most things, boom! 160hp gone ;)
