Decked Builder-esque app for Pokemon TCG?

Hi, does anybody know if there's an app similar to Decked Builder, but for Pokemon instead of Magic: The Gathering? Preferably for Mac or iOS, but Windows is acceptable too.

I'm in desperate need of a program to keep track of my Pokemon card library.

Pokellector is as close as your guna get. I even left a comment asking if they could add a deck building feature like decked for mtg but I don't think it'll happen.

Now if only they'd complete that app, since right now you can't do **** with it except look at the cards that are in a set. And even then, a lot of the cards lack images.
