Its PokePower on its own is great in any deck, trust me. You discard energies, your opponent discards anything, and you can get the energies back in the deck with its attack. Delcatty PK helps indeed, but it's still great on its own.

the big problem is that both are weak to fighting. fighting decks will clean your clock.

I think that shiftry ex pk is horrible, I wup its butt all the time. now shiftry ex cg, that is an awsome card, that wups my butt all the time.
