Ooooh... love the ability right there. Isn't exactly something to be spammed as it prvents attacks, but it's a nice gimmick nevertheless. Cursed Sickle isn't worth the three energies without a Scramble (which is outdated anyhow).
Your description has an English problem though. You wrote: "Feared by most of Rocket's enemies, this Pokémon turned itself into a merciless reaper." I don't think Scyther made itself become a reaper, but Rocket did. Rather than "turned itself", "is made" would be a smoother fit.

@Zyflair: I wondered if it should be [G][C][C], to abuse DCE. But I guess I went the other way for the aesthetical enhancement. And also, as an old school TCG player, I may have some 'more than 50' damage complex

So, I was browsing the Faking forum, looking for some good fakes to impress myself with. I found these. =D These are some amazing fakes with great abilities and attacks that I'd love to see on real cards. Alright, now for a bit of criticism:
At the weakness and resistance parts of your cards, the placement looks a bit off. and, it is. If you look here you'll notice that the weakness and resistance energy symbols and damage multiplier text is all centered under the weakness and resistance text. If you fix that, that will make your cards 20% more convincing.

I actually don't remember seeing PK making this picture. Though in any case, I'm pretty amused she chose a Venusaur as "sensei".

Awesome as always. Although the big type symbol doesn't need the white around it, and the attack costs do.

@Zyflair: I didn't want to make Shining Pokémon with more than 60 damage attacks, so, I tried to fix the 'overpower' with 4 energies. To me, it seems like a support card, with 110 HP and a drawing power.
@Charg: I was using low quality symbols, so, the stroke made'em look even worse. As for the big dual symbol, just loved em with the stroke.
@aschefield: Your dual type symbols made it all possible, thank you sooooooo much, asch.

A nice throw back to the originals. Text guides, unfortunately, make it not as good as the other cards you have done. I think the energy sizes are too variant too. I know little about TCG faking and if this is supposed to be the case but that is a real put off.
Other than these though it seems to be a pretty viable card.

@aschefield101: Thanks, but it isn't as near as impressive as yours.
@Delta: I usually use font guides for BW cards, so they get a lot more accurate. Still trying to figure out the right way.
