Stone Edge, EQ, Dragon Claw, Flamethrower

I decided on Gastly now...

... A shiny IV'd for a Plain IV'd EV trained? -_- No deal, plus it needs to be Cloned. any others you like?
Also why does it have Flamethrower? 0.o

Well, if you have a non-shiny kind, that'll work. As for Flamethrower,
for Skarm.
