Strategy: set up Luxray and Use Flash impact to do damage to the secondary attackers that are ready to attack.

drop the prism energy, because the only attack you need them for is blue flare, which would require 2x prism.
I would also drop 1 rerishram and 1 zekrom in favour of 2 kyurem, mainly for type coverage.

bianca should also be dropped in favour of a 3nd N. Pokemon center can also be used by your opponent, as well as being flippy, so it should be dropped.

to sumerise:

-1 zekrom
-1 rerishram
-1 pokemon center
-1 bianca

+2 kyurem
+2 N

nasty plot looks nice, but it's near useless in practice, so drop the 2-2 persian line
I dunno what the best replacement for this would be though

Regigigas EX doesn't really fit well in this deck. I would also put a few Twins in there, I think that every deck should have Twins, especially this one because of the stage 2.

How does Regigigas not fit in the deck. You have a main attacker that spread damage similar to how Donphan and dragons works. Your secondary attackers feed off this damage spread.

Could you please read the title of the thread? It says: BW-on format 2 Lux-Dragon. NOT Hs on format Lux-dragon.
 
Shaymin EX could be a great finisher in my opinion, and I think that regigigas EX fits well in this deck because its second attack is similar to outrage and its first helps out with it, and it has high HP so it can stall better than Zekrom, Reshiram, or kyurem which can be OHKOd very easily now. Cheren isn't the best drawing supporter, and I think that PONT is better than it. I think that collector and catcher is a must in this deck even though collector isn't from BW-ND, it is still needed in almost every deck, junk arm too.
