I am leaving a negative reference for this member.

We agreed to a trade, one card on either end, on August 29th. I had the lower amount of references so I shipped my end first. It is now October 11th and I have yet to receive any contact from this user. He has ignored all of my PMs and profile comments even though he logs on to his account frequently. He has since been banned, however I will be seeking legal/criminal action against this user if at all possible.

I agreed to a trade with Derp on beginning of September. I sent first, as I had lower amount of reps. It's been over a month and he refuses to contact/PM me even though he has been online. I wish good luck to Secret Pikachu, who is trying to seek legal/criminal action.
