• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Should I take out the 1 - 1 Froslass for 2 Twins? I already run 4 Seeker...

yes Froslass is inferior to twins in pretty much every way.

It also might be a good idea to try to focus your deck more on either Hurl into Darkness or on spreading. A Seeker play would just let your opponent put those hurt pokemon right back into their hand, just be careful of things like that.
 
4 twins is a must as you will be behind on prices constantly.
 
The thing is, if I don't have to spread against a particular match-up, I probably won't. I'll just Hurl. I won't play as many seekers if I do decide to spread, but otherwise I'd rather play a Seeker to pick up a Froslass then Hurl whomever they picked up, then have to decide between a Twins and a Seeker. Should I look at Mr. Mime CL?
 
It seem's like your trying to deal damage in this deck so i dont see why twin's is needed in THIS lostgar deck's but yes other lost gar it's an essentially important.

Edit: 3 twin's will be good saying lostgar is going to hit the meta pretty hard.
