A very key card in coming-into-play Ability Decks, like Hex-Tails and DurAggron! With any Pokemon with a powerful coming-into-play ability, it seems quite natural to run a full line of 4 in that deck! Its range of usefulness is somewhat narrow, naturally, but I personally find a delight in little specialist cards like this!

I'd give it a 7/10 for playbility, but a clear 10/10 for decks utilizing coming-into-play Abilities. Heh heh!

Its used with Ammoongus ND and Ninetails DRE who's Abilities can only be used once upon entering play.

Also with Aggron DRX in mill decks like Durant to speed up the milling.

OK, I will admit, I was wrong with my rating and my review. I will bump it up to 5/10. It's useful in some situations, but very limiting.
