Great job on the card, but there's some things about it I question. It seems a little strange that it only has one type symbol, shouldn't it have the type symbols metal and water (not just metal)? And the weakness is also very confusing. Where did you come up with the idea of its weaknesses being fire and water? The fire makes sense for Dialga's (in the TCG) but for Palkia it should have at least been lightning. Other than those two features (and the ones you noted about) the card looks amazing. My favorite aspect of it is Dialga's feet crushing through the card itself.
At the moment, I consider this to be a 'concept' card.
The visuals are about 89% complete, I still want to add something to the borders, but I'm unsure about it. And there's also another idea which I recently implemented, but it changes the card completely. And then there's the double-type blank which I need to edit.
The aesthetics aren't even close to completion, and their effects are really quite basic at the moment. I'm trapped between ideas at the moment, I hate writers block...
The lightning idea is just what I was looking for!
And I'm glad you like the feet crushing, it did take some time XD
