I would say that when people use Dialga G as an excuse to knock down decks that they don't like, more than they use it as a way to help the person create a better deck. Most people when they read a decklist that they don't like jump straight to a counter so that they can lower the deck. It just so happens that Dialga G Lv.X is one of the best counters in the game, and will probably remain one for the next year or two. People just need to learn when is a good time to drop the old D-Bomb. If they are reading someone who is going to use Shedinja or Milotic, then yes, Dialga should be mentioned. However if someone is reading a deck such as Giratina, Dialga shouldn't be too high as far as worries go.
