i need to get this to work for cities.

Please change your topic to Cities, as Dialga Palkia LEGEND will not be legal for BRs as it wont be out until early November....As Battle Roads only take places from September until early October. And Cities will take place from November until January. Hope this helps.

It would also be helpful to post a translation of DPL as not all of us know what it does.

Unless spring battle roads is next week, like the original poster says, then it is the fall one. Also, is the Floatzel the SP or just a regular one, might be obvious, but never hurts to make sure.
