Dialgachomp counter

What is a good counter for Dialgachomp! I looked it up online andcould only find DialgaChomp players wanting counters for other decks. I've thought of Flareon RR (I think Blaziken is oo risky, and I'm not planning of building an SP deck. I want to make a deck that can counter the decks in my (senior division) metagame (I'm expecting DialgaChomp, Vilegar, some Leafeon variants and a few Triumphant things people want to try out, like Machamp with Prime).

Charizard for sure. The other things I find good against Dialga are things that hit for high damage each turn, like Gyarados, and possibly Gengar, though Dialga does have {p} resistance, which is a problem. Though rarely played, Infernape E4 X is another solution.

How does Gengar counter Dialga G? They shut down your Vileplume, so once they get setup, they can continue to use the SP engine until they are Level-Downed (which can be Sprayed).

Um.....

It can hit for high damage if your opponent doesn't set up in time?

Never mind about the Dialga thing. My mistake :p

Charizard is probably the best, plus it's a fairly cheap deck. Gyara would be good against DialgaChomp, too, so it's really just your choice on those. I'm not sure how well Gyara fares against VileGar, though.

Is charizard really that good of a counter for DGX? I mean you only do 50 ish damage per turn with that first attack because of weakness and special metal. So you would need your three energy attack to kill DGX. And in the mean time other decks can do just about as much damage with three energy.

Super heavy hitting decks might be the best option. If you can't OHKO DGX, you may as well go home.

Forgot it was before applying weakness and resistance. But I still think Zard is an option. I love Charizard and rougish decks would be cool too. I'm still open for suggestions.

oh sorry it is after weakness and resistance... i was looking at the old version... so Charizrd can KO Dialga + 4 Metal.

Well, you can use an Arceus deck, they provide the ability to hit almost all the weaknesses in the format which will almost guaranty a win every time. I highly recommend an Arceus even though it only does 70 damage for three energy, and you have a chance to discard some energy, it will do to a tanked DGX (tanked means it has all four SP Metal on with) a total of 100 damage with three energy on the Arceus. That is why I run this deck. Good luck!

charizard is a stage 2. People are going to snipe your charmelions and charmanders before you can get it out. Garchomp c x is in this deck.

My friend runs blazard, he should run palkia lock, or jumpluff but he runs blazard. Anyways, you can t2 snipe the bench and kill whatever you want. This always works

Charizard can't do 120 to Dialga G lvl X with only one energy, he needs to use his second attack anyway. Dialga G X shuts down his pokebody.
