Help Different markings on the back of ex deoxys packs?

Hello i hope some of you know a little bit more about the ex era than i do, i have just seen these 2 ex deoxys packs, and the one got the official nintendo seal on the back and the other got the "uno reverse" on the back, what is the difference? is it just different print runs? the marking is just over the barcode.

Quick google images search showed me that it's likely print runs and/or factory changes at the time. There's many for the entire EX era that're with the stamps and without.

It's been a great many years since I bought ex era (when it launched) so my memory isn't 100%, but from what I can gather, the above.
 
Just to add to that too, some will be American runs and others (international) will be EU. So mix that all together and voila :D
