This is one of the more creative Ditto cards Nintendo has made, but I‘m afraid it won‘t be very competitive, especially since the Transform is a one-shot thing. Besides, it doesn‘t really do anything on its own. Seventy HP and just 1 retreat make it an acceptable start though, assuming you have something to Transform it into. I could see this in Eels as a singleton 70 HP “Tynamo“, or as a way for Terrakion/stuff variants to make their starts more manageable. By the way, dropping a Terrakion on this to Revenge out of nowhere would be awesome. Anyway, this Ditto offers a lot of versatility, but doesn‘t add anything in terms of power, so it will probably end up occupying niches like those I mentioned earlier. 6/10 for fitting in every deck with undesirable starters, but too impractical for a higher rating.
