It's not about what Ninja Box can do (I could throw all the same techs in a theme deck and make the same claim).

I would be very glad to see that. Have not seen you post a deck list since i am on Poke beach.

It's about how well your deck does it and there isn't a good way to prove how consistent your deck is without going to a tournament

You can very well prove that a deck is consistent on PTCGO. Make the deck you want and we will play 100 games together. The sample will be bigger than the one IRL because of all the time we saved from traveling around and having to shuffle and draw cards. Winning a tournament IRL proves that you are a good PTCG player, not that you necessarily have the best deck. Rogue decks can claim some victories.

Playing on computer speeds up testing. If you are only playing IRL there is something you are clearly missing here.

You can play test against bad players 1000 times and you aren't going to get better info then playing against a good IRL player a couple times

And now that i've gotten to play in PTCGO expanded a fair amount, i think they are a lot worse then what I thought they were when we had that verbal jousting you are referencing. Like I have no idea how you actually think you are playing against compatent opponents. and it's funny because I ran into and beat you recently. So you are the same MMR I am and thus should be playing against the same bad players I was.

At least with a tournament if you do well you start to play against the better players. I now earnestly thing there aren't any in PTCGO Expanded

You deviate from what i said. I said i would play you 100 times on PTCGO not some random guy. I have beaten people who actually knew what they did more than you would think. You said online play proved nothing and that i needed IRL tournament to prove something. That is totally wrong as you can see from what i have stated. I gave you a very logical explanation of why the average player is not that good and how the majority of players are at an average or lower skill level. It's not my fault you can't understand the evidence

Eventually you Ninja Boy the Regirock into Pharamosa GX, attach a Beast Energy and go OHKO a Durant
I Flare Grunt the Beast Energy and Bench another Durant
You Ninja Boy the Pharamosa to Jolteon EX so you can keep OHKO
I Counter Catcher the Machamp EX on bench

It was only this past Thursday. I am hurt that you didn't recognize my name. I recognized yours. So unless there another player named Laurier_Ex that also plays Ninja Box on PTCGO then yes we played each other

If you consider yourself as good player and instead of playing random decks you would play top tier decks, it would prove something. Your argument does not stand. Good people from tournament can play online vs each other. And frankly, most of the time you can note if your opponent is good or not just by seeing how it goes down. I played very good and very bad people on TCGO. And i am not basing my facts over games won against pathetic players.

You are right i did loose to a Durant deck not too long ago. I was unfortunate enough to have 3 out of my 5 Rainbow\Prism energies prized and had to forfeit since i could not attach enough on Regirock to get him to attack. If i had, Regirock would have been the main attacker with Jolteon-Ex on the bench to avoid Counter Catcher and Guzma and it would have come down to whether or not you could mill me before i could take all prizes. I did not in fact realized i was playing you at the time.

I does not ruin the whole strategy since you can bench Magearna-Ex to prevent Jirachi from triggering the attack. It's not too much of a liability on the bench since it only has 1 retreat cost. But the race is tight in order to beat Durant. Durant is not by any means an easy match up because of it's inherent discarding attack. You do not have much space to work with so it often comes down to how fast both players can setup in the first and second turn, what is discarded in the process and how well the Durant player rolls on the Handiwork.
