Diving Deep — Analyzing Complex Board States

My route for the first puzzle would be
-Dusknoir the Charmeleon
-use Quick Search and Jewel Seeker to grab Thorton, Rare Candy, and Night Stretcher
-assemble a second Dusknoir and Dusknoir the Charizard
-use Nest Ball and Poffin to fill the bench and Unified Beatdown for knockout

This is probably not optimal cause they can revenge kill with radzard for game but gotta assert dominance. If you have Bouffalant you can use the ultra ball + nest ball to get two Bouff out to protect yourself from radzard
 
1st Puzzle:
- Poffin for another Duskull
- Quick Search for DTE to attach to the Benched Terapagos
- Boss KO Dusclops

Briar + Cursed Blast + Counter/Prime Catcher wins next turn. They can do some combination of: bump your Stadium, disrupt your hand, and Defiance Band KO Pidgeot to give themselves the best chance to win.

I believe all other lines either lose to one of:
- Their own Briar
- Turo Rotom + evolve Charmeleon
- Poffin + Stadium bump to discard Rotom and anything with damage + evolve Charmeleon

If you know they can't Prime Catcher or bump the Stadium, there might also be a line with Pidgeot 𑄺𝘟 KO Dusclops because they can't Turo and gust.
I think I've fully solved the first puzzle! Really fun and intricate. As you said Boss KO Dusclops is the only safe option.

Funnily enough for Zard player similar logic can be applied, so they'd use Forest Seal Stone to grab Counter Catcher to Boss KO our Dusknoir.
Unfortunately for us is that Zard Player has Collapsed Stadium which hard counters the Terapagos deck.. They can also Quick Search for Professor Turo to get rid of Rotom to avoid a Dusknoir -> Briar KO Rotom play.

So I think the best option for Zard player is to Collapsed Stadium -> Turo Rotom V -> Counter Catcher KO Dusknoir

With 3 vs 3 prizes and limited bench, Terapagos is at a huge disadvantage. However there is still a win condition:

- first turn we should have buddy'ed another Duskull on the bench
- first turn we should have Quick Searched for card that prepared for Collapsed Stadium, for example Dusknoir or Rare Candy
- save Pigeot+HootHoot+Dusknoir+Duskull when collapsed, and Zard player would KO the Dusknoir
- to Briar KO the Pigeot ex and win this turn, we need a massive 10-card combo

3 additional benches to hit for 160
- We would start the turn with Noctowl + Nest Ball + 1 previous Quick Search (say Dusknoir) + 1 Prize + 1 Top Deck + Ultra ball. Don't use the Ultra Ball!
- Nest ball Fezandipiti ex and grab 3 cards
- Another Quick Search + Noctowl Jewel Seeker grabs 3 more cards, 5+3+3=11
- Means we have to hit 4 out of the 5 random pulls from Prize/TopDeck/Fez, and then we win!
