didnt frequent the forums enough to know him. but i do see him posting from time to time
...I do find it ironic that no one else's goodbye threads were permitted yet you get a whole slew of them - and the topic even got unlocked after the initial lock.
Maybe people just really like and respect you that much. I don't know for sure. I'll still remember you for who you were as a person, not as a staff member...because isn't that what stays around?

You actually seemed like a good mod. It's nice to see that you stepped down yourself now that you don't have enough time for the job (?). I wish other actually inactive mods and admins learned from you. I don't mean on the Beach but in general. (Recently we almost had to throw out inactive staff on the Finnish Pokémon forums and there is still a mod who insisted on keeping her rights though she never really posts. Her boyfriend is an admin there too, but at least his position is quite deserverd... offtopic anyone? :B) Anyway, respect +1!
