dmg according to energy attached to defending Pokemon

I recently got beat a couple of times mainly due to cards like Magmortar (Secret Wonders), which do damage according to the amount of energy attached to it. Now I'm sure they are ways to address this problem but I was wondering about a more direct approach. Which Pokemon card(s) do the most damage according to the amount of energy attached to your opponents Pokemon, which Pokemon do the most damage depending on the amount of energy attached to your Pokemon, or both if such a card exists.

Deoxys Normal Forme does damage according to how much energy is attached to all of your opponent's pokemon, and gardy PL does damage for every energy attached to it and the defending pokemon.

Hope they help some (btw both are {P})

^Every single one of those are ones that do more damage for each energy attached to them or your own pokemon. The OP wants stuff that does more damage for each energy attached to the opponent's pokemon, and also your own if that is part of the effect.

ah, didnt read it too clearly. thanks for that

blastoise still sorta applys though :p

um.. no, i meant all three. Sorry if i wasn't too clear, but i want
1. Pokemon who do the most damage according to the amount of energy on the defending pokemon/ opponent's pokemon (so that would mean all of them).
2. Pokemon who do the most damage according to the amount of energy on your active Pokemon/all pokemon you have in play.
3. Pokemon who do the most damage according to the amount of energy on either all pokemon in play, or just your active and the defending Pokemon.
Hope that helped clear things up. And again sorry about the confusion.

Gardevoir PL is a good pokemon when it comes to energy on both players active pokemon.

Oh okay then Soxrcol would be right then. Also basically anything with "Grind" for an attack name would fit the bill.

Electivire FB Lv.X anyone? It's Energy attached to all of your Pokemon IIRC.

dmaster out.

Yup and along those lines, Leafeon LV. X.

azelf x counts their energy and deals damage counters for all their enrgy to 1 pokemon ex they have 5 energy in play you choose 1 of their pokemon and put 5 damage countes on it
