Do PA Lv. X's Come in Sets?

I opened an ENTIRE box of PA and got:

  • Exactly Set #1

    Votes: 4 28.6%

  • Exactly Set #2

    Votes: 0 0.0%

  • A different set of the X's

    Votes: 10 71.4%

I watched someone open a box on Youtube, and he only got one Level.X, which was the Gengar. However, every other box I've heard of being opened had 3 Level.X cards within it. At the prerelease I went to we opened two boxes and got all six Level.X cards from the set, but I'm unsure which combinations they came in obviously.

It's pretty clear by now that they don't come in sets, and this isn't an "omg look at me this is what I got in my box" thread so yeah bye bye.
