Ruling do you consider a mercury deck as an archetype?

If you run the Mercury COMBO with Scizor ex or Steelix ex(both work well), it can be a very hard deck to beat.

I saw a Mercury deck that had registeel [HL] in it and it owned a ton of decks at a mini tourny. It may have some new power in the future.

T1 Bench 2 Onix, 1 Ralts, Active Staryu, and attach Metal to Onix. T2 evolve into Stramie, Rare Candy into Gradevoir and evolve into Steelix ex. Attach a Metal to Steelix, Metal Navigation/Energy Jump to Steelix ex, retreat Starmie and attack for 70 T2 with a 150 HP Stage 1 Pokemon that's Metal type and has 3 Metal Energies attached!!!
