Do you enjoy the new holo?

the XY foil Pattern is ok but i prefer the B/W and Cosmos style more and the Full Art Holo treatment im hoping they do those Gold/Metallic Foil Treatments but have it like in different colors like say Red Metallic Foil for Charizard or Maybe Yellow or Gold for Ash's Pikachu
 
Overall, I prefer the BW-style pattern.

But it depends a LOT on the card art, and both later BW and XY cards have played to the strengths of their respective holo styles. Cards like XY Delphox look amazing, as does LTR Meloetta, and neither would look anywhere near as good with the other holo style.
 
Every once in a while, I don't even notice that I pulled a holo because the XY holo is just so... subtle. Not to say that I don't like them, they still look cool, but the BW ones just jumped out and gave me a nice surprise at the end of my packs. The only thing I like more about the XY pattern is that they don't obstruct the background art, while the BW pattern makes it hard to even tell where the Pokemon are at. Of course, nothing TPCI has done so far in terms of holographic designs can beat the galaxy foil.
