Guiding questions:
1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
5. How's the artwork?
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

Posts MUST be more than one sentence long with proper grammar and spelling or they will be deleted.

The only format this will ever see use in is if Nationals receives the early roation. In current, it's Luxray bait, and after, it's Catcher bait. Even at Nationals you will see Reversal everywhere. Bench techs are not a good idea anymore.

3/10. It's neat, and has its uses, but ultimately ends up just ASKING to get itself knocked out.

@Dr.Mason the next rotation is supposed to be HGSS on so Luxray isn't going to affect it even at Nats if this goes through. Anyways the attacks could use some work it's got great uses it's resistence and Pokebody are it's best features the fact that it's stage one makes it easy to set-up I give it an 8/10

Briefly tried it, but the doduo it evolves from is appallingly, depressingly bad.

HP is on the low side for an evo, weakness to, say, Flaafy/Amphy, is going to hurt it terribly, and the resistance won't stop Donphan.

Retreat Aid is fun, especially when using Donphan or HS:Undaunted Muk, for example. Incessant Peck is only decent if your luck is astoundingly good. It only costs 1 DCE, but it can probably be used to better effect elsewhere.

As above, heavy-hitting pogeymanz with hefty retreats, so you don't lose as much energy. Or lighter ones that get a free retreat. If you're worried about losing energy, maybe just run Ninetails HS (IIRC) or Typhlo Prime, so you can get some energy back from the discard pile.

As for techs, I dunno. Best bet would be to just hide it on your bench.

I'm indifferent to the art. I feel that the necks should be longer and it shouldn't be so fat. So kinda meh.

2/5, 3 if I'm feeling generous. But I'm not. Oh well.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
HP is low for a Stage 1.
Weakness is terrible in this format, what with Luxray GL LV.X. Next format, weakness won't matter since it'll be sitting on the bench most of the times. Zekrom or Galvantula combined with Pokemon Catcher will prove to be a problem though.
Resistance is pretty good - laughs at Donphan Prime.
Retreat Cost is unreasonable. It's a bird Pokemon for crying out loud! Does Pidgeot have a retreat cost!?

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
Attack is subpar... since it needs only a DCE to get set up, it can be a potential attacker in very dire situations. Unfortunately, the attack is very flippy. "Flip Until Tails" attacks are never good.
Body is epic. Will be the next Unown Q next format. Right now, Unown Q is the preferred tech.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Can be teched in almost any deck post-HGSS whose main attackers have retreat costs. While Switch can replace this card, Dodrio is certainly more consistent. Switch can be blocked by Trainer-Lock; no Pokemon can shut down bodies next format.
This format: really, any deck. It's just that Dodrio's too slow to be set up compared to Unown Q.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Uhh... this format: Unown Q - attach to Dodrio to reduce its retreat cost? Ironic -_-
Next format: nothing really. Once it gets Pokemon Catcher'd, you just gotta pay the retreat cost or use Switch.

5. How's the artwork?
Not bad - interesting choice of art style.

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
This format: 2.5/5 - can be played, but there are better choices for reducing retreat cost.
Next format: 4/5 - in a format where almost every attacker has a retreat cost, Dodrio & Switch will be there. Or at least Switch.

The rotation is guaranteed to be HGSS on, the only question is if it will come in July or September.

1. The HP is quite tiny for stage 1 considering most have 90 now. Weakness really is bad of x2 as Luxray is still here. Even if its rotated, Raichu decks still can stop it from working. Resistance is good considering the donchamps in format. 1 Retreat is ok.
2. Thats one of the flip-until-tails attack, so it has the potential to knock out any pokemon, provided you're lucky. Its poke body is what helps it shine. Reducing active's retreat cost by 2 is really quite good.
3. Tank decks. In tank decks like Tyranitar Prime, Steelix Prime or Wailord, Or even blastligatr, it could help them retreat more easily, then seeker them back to heal.
4. Techs, i'm not sure how, but its 80 hp really needs to buckup. Also its x2 lightning weakness. Exploud SV + Belt maybe.
5. I love the artwork of the japanese-like house and path, so its artwork deserves 4/5.
6. i give it 3.5/5. After rotation, tank decks come into play, and it will turn 4/5. Considering all the SP, SP, SP and SP decks out there, dragon rush could stop its body, or even SP dialgachomp to lock it.
