Help Does Anyone Know What Prize Pack Series Set This Is From?

I've been attempting to do the ever-growing impossible task of completing a 151 Master Set, and I came across this card last night:

Does anyone know which Prize Pack Series Set this is from? I've look at all of the set lists going back to Series 3 but I can't find anything...

If that thing is real, then it probably hasn't officially released yet. It is not in any known Prize Pack Series. The latest series (no. 5), is the first one to include 151 in it's card pool, but according to the set list it only contains Dodrio and Mew ex.
