He thinks that it is reffering to mewtwo not mewtwo lv.x. They are the same pokemon that is why you cannot have 4 mewtwo and 4 lv.x mewtwo.
Are you trying to say that it could be instant K.O.d by any powerful psychic Pokemon? If so, then I think everyone here knows that.
That is why you leave it active beacuse otherwise it would be to broken.
Only the mewtwo that is the lv.x is protected from basics. If you have not leveled him up them basics can attack you. But you do stand the risk of encounterin Dialga G lv.xwho not only turns your body off has resistance and if special meatl attached stops you from OHKOing him
It's probably good in Gengar.
You have other pokemon and it is not a huge deal if you do not knock it out beacuse most of the time he stays on the bench anyway.
Thats why he's your only Pokemon in play. But you still shouldn't play him, there are better counters to G decks.
Sometimes but mewtwo can atatack for huge damage while other are not quite as powerful but mewtwo does not fit into all decks.
