When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.
When posting in a thread, be sure to explain all your suggestions thoroughly. Additionally, do not ask for advice in another member's thread.

I really only find my self using 2 collector a game. Just +1 for consistence. Expert help with higher hp donks.

In truth manectric is better, reason, It usually come's down to the fact of dmg over no dmg, manectric is a pure shield and since you're wanting to run thunder fall as tech thats going to destroy you with nidoqueen, since you'll be taking dmg for benched tech's (in other word's you drop uxie with ERL active you might as well tell them to draw 2 prize's), again it's healing dmg versus no dmg, and Manectrik PT is the prefered tech in any deck with ERL (you only need 1-1, 2-2 is over kill, it's a tech not a taker). Other then that drop a nidorino and a collector for 2 bts or rare candy, you need to donk cause you're not right now. cya
Well, I would drop a collector or two, take Nidoqueen to 1-1-1 so you don't fill up your bench. You could take out the Warps (Due to Vilegar) and throw in some Warp Energies. You should look into using rare Candies or BST due to your Nidoqueen as you want her out as fast as possible so your bench doesn't get Crobatted or similar. You don't really need Magnetric if you use Nidoqueen. Also look into adding a Poketurn or two so you can re-use bright look.
So:

-1-1-1 Nidoqueen
-1 Warp Point
+2 Poketurn
+1 Energy Gain
+2 Rare Candy or BTS
+2 Warp Energy
This lets you keep 2 Warp Points and 1 Judge for some disruption, 2 Warp Energys for Nidoqueen or Donphan to switch out, 2 Poketurn/1 Energy gain for Bright Looking. Took out 2 collector as you can either use one of the other two you have or Cyrus for one, an energy gain and a lightning energy then be ready for Luxray fun.
