-------(16 Pokemon.)-------
4 Zekrom (1 promo, 1 set, 2 full art)
3 Pachirisu CoL
3 Shaymin CoL
2-2-2 Magnezone prime
-------(29 T/S/S)-------
4 Super scoop up (1 UL, 2 BW, 1 MD)
2 Revive BW
3 Pokemon communication (2 HGSS, 1 HSTK)
3 Plus power SW
3 Switch (2 BW, 1 DP)
2 Dual ball (1 UL, 1 CoL)
2 Copycat (1 EXTR, 1 CoL)
2 Professor Oak's new theory (1 HGSS, 2 CoL)
4 Pokemon collector (2 HGSS, 2 HSTK)
1 Flower shop lady UD
3 Seeker TR
-------(15 Energy)-------
15 Basic Electic energy

Strategy: Start with Zekrom and attempt to donk on the first turn with the use of Pachirisu and Shaymin.
*Prepares for people complaining about the amount of T/S/S.*

EDIT: Took out 3 energy searchs and put in 2 Copycats and 3 Seekers.

I would honestly consider cleffa and/or a tech slot for donchamp deck. I've been testing lanturn prime and it's actually won me games.

I personly dislike Cleffa (which is why I run 3 Professor Oak's new theory instead of 2. And for DonChamp I would put in a 1-1 or 2-2 Lanturn prime but I don't have any besides the one in my UL collection.

I personally like cleffa. It's a pretty solid turn 1 play with a 0 retreat cost. It could help moderate those awkward hands.

-3 energy search (Ive never liked the idea of this card just add more energy instead but with 15 you should be more than fine.)

+3 Seeker(pick up things you need and more importantly your opponent's bench)
+2-2 Yanmega prime (Donphan will make you cry this will help against an insta loss vs donphan.)
+2 Copycat (since most of the time your hand size will be low and helps to refresh/ match hand sizes if needed)

Oh my gosh I completly forgot about seekers! Also I don't see how Yanmega prime would help my Donphan prime match up, I don't have any anyways. I defently will take Copycat into consideration.

Yanmega prime has fighting resistance, free retreat, can snipe bench, and can do more damage per turn than donphan can do back. Basically itd force the donphan to retreat to something else, continue to earthquake for 40 and hurt his bench, (allowing for easy snipes) or add more energy onto it for its second attack. Its not the best donphan counter in the world but through my testing its the best one ive found.

Thank you for clearing that up but sadly I do not have any Yanmega primes. (But I'll try to see if anyone at my league has them today.)

Its not really necessary. Zekrom decks plain are an insta loss to donphan though and since I see donphan still being popular and he doesnt have one good end all counter itll be tough. Yanmega will make the insta loss a bit more favorable (still unfavorable) and give you a few options late game since Zekrom decks will burn out if they dont inflict terrible damage within the first few turns.

Some Zekrom Pachirisu decks use Unknown DARK with one dark energy in the deck.

the idea being that you search for the dark energy. plop it onto zekrom, drop two lightning onto Pachirisu and shaymin the energy to Zekrom, to get you your 120 damage on turn 1!!

of course this means you have to run loads of collector/ Duel ball for the strategy to work

Bump. I've been thinking of working in a 1-1-1 or 2-2-2 Magnezone prime into this deck for two reasons 1. Draw power. 2. Crapload of energys in deck = crapload of damage done to opponent.

After a few battles (1 Against Reshirsplosion, 2 against DonChamp and 1 against Sablelock.) I find that for some reason I can not get the donk, also in total I only won one battle with this deck =( (Against Reshisplosion.)
