Idea of the deck is for Donphan to tank and beat down anything in it's path, with Serperior to negate all the damage I do with EQ and Reshiram to counter Kingdra. Ruins of Alph to get rid of Fighting resistance and make Yanmega 2-hittable, and everything else should be self-explanatory.

I would remove 1 switch for 1 more rare candy, so that you have a higher chance of pulling when you need it. Would you prefer 1 manaphy over 1 cleffa?

shoot! i thought i was going to be original with this deck...i made it the other day. i run yanmega in this deck, it workin pretty well for me

If I only had one card to put in a deck, I would choose Cleffa. I think Manaphy is better, but it's unreliable in decks that don't use free retreaters like Yanma and Mew unless you run multiples.

I'm am pretty interested in running something similar to this deck. My only fear is that by getting rid of all the weaknesses I make magnezone prime way to powerful. I don't think he would be too much of a threat with catcher in the format but if they get one set up I have to spend forever smacking it with donphan. I notice you're running a set of rainbow energies. I personally don't like them very much in combination with donphan prime. Unless you're planning on hitting with serperior or reshiram and that would take quite sometime to set up. Let me know what you think. I do agree with you on cleffa though man, he's more efficient.

The way I see it, there's no downside to running rainbows, as Serperior will just heal the damage anyways, it just adds some versatility to the deck at virtually no expense, ya know?

I understand why Manaphy is so popular. In metajudge, there's really no downside to not starting with Manaphy because you can start with Yanma and retreat into it if you pull it out via Collector or what have you and still attach an energy, but I think it's less valuable on average than Cleffa more times than not, and I think all the post Worlds hype will die down quickly once people realize how really how useful it is is based on the deck you have around it, whereas Cleffa is pretty much a no-brainer staple.
