I keep 3 lysandres and 2 VS seekers just to combat Donphan, though it helps in other spots too.

Donphan seems to have a very tough time halndling Aromatisse. The deck's normal strategy of chipping away with Spinning Turn becomes difficult if the opponent can simply Max Potion the damage away, then retreat for free (via Fairy Garden) into the most suitable attacker. M-Gengar-EX is a card that's been dismissed by many, but it really shines against Donphan. 220 HP and a Fighting resistance means that even Wreck won't do much to it. At the same time, you can use Phantom Gate to copy the opponent's Wrecks and discard stadiums before they have a chance to do it themselves.
I've also noticed that Donphan isn't doing well against Plasma Kyurem and M Manectric/Plasma Kyurem. Also, Dragalge Poison works well to stop your opponent from retreating, but Wobbufett blocks it and they can send up Robo Sub and discard it.
