Pokemon: 13
Strategy:
The strategy is to get the Donphan in play and use his first move "Spinning Turn", which cost only 1 Fighting Energy and switches to one of the bench Pokemon. It may not be exciting at first, but if you add a Strong Energy, Muscle Band, and Fighting Stadium, you can do 100 damage with one Energy and switch to one of your benched Pokemon. It is all about stalling and 2HKO many EX's. Robo Substitute allows me to use it like a 30 HP Pokemon, except that your opponent can't take a prize card. Hawlucha is in the deck as a free retreater, but once in awhile you will use him for attacking. Wobbuffet is in the deck to shut off abilities for a turn, which can slow down quite a few decks. Sigilyph is in the deck as another stall card just in case you go against any strong EX's. Zekrom and Kyurem are counters and also can collect damage making Outrage more strong.
Any opinions? I am running this deck for Cities.
