This is what i was thinking of. I don't know what else to put.

HOw it works:Start with stantler. Get phanphy out and evolve to donphan then do earthquake to dammage bench. Fighting tag to Machamp and hit for 150 every time. Moo Milk is to heal Machamp.

I know i need more cards but not sure what to put.

Any help would be kind.

You'll want switch so you don't have to waste energy retreating pokemon before your Machamp is ready. I personally run this deck with a 3 2 3 machamp setup and a 2 1 2 reuniclus for the damage control. DCE helps speed Machamp up a lot so the deck should certainly be running 4 if you want to be as efficient as possible.
 
It looks like you cutout pluspower? The nice thing about having pluspower when you run Donphan is that with it it allows you to OHKO Zekrom and Magnezone with your EQ attack. Who are you worried about that you are running Ruins for?
 
A 4-2 Donphan line is yucky. You're going to want a minimum 3-3 line to keep things consistent and allow you to attack with EQ as long as possible during a match. Some PONT are also absolutely necessary in this kind of deck, but I can't really find the room, unless you were willing to cut out Moo Moo Milk (because Donphan tanks enough damage and when he's close to dying, you can Fighting Tag to save him.

there a added the plus power back anything else. also do you think i should run torkoal UL?

I also wass thinking about adding digglet form triamphant. it damages your bench but is a basic. It would allow me to set up faster.
