Strategy:

I don't write very well in English, but everyones knows the estrategy of this deck...I'm use this deck in competions here in Brazil and getting good results. What changes can I do for the regionals?
 
The problem with this deck is that you can be beat very easily by a simple Genesect/Baloons deck. The Driftblim is able to hit for 50 damage times the amount of special energy in the discard pile, so with the 8 total special energy that you run, a Driftblim could hit for up to 400 damage which could really shut you down. Other than that I would suggest another Sigilyph to switch into to really force them to use their more vulnerable non-Ex's, and take away teh enhanced hammer as I feel that it doesn't have much of a place in this deck.
 
But you will only used the double colorless for big amounts of damage, when you hit with the dragons to K.O a EX or with wreck. If the opponent has a genesect/baloons you just don't use the DCE's.

The enhanced hammer I use for Seismitoad EX, It could be a problem to donphan because I can't play any robots or float stones, and with this I could(or not) earn a turn to put down my itens.

No I understand that you wont play the double colorless, but that means you will probably discard it thus powering up the Driftblim.
