I think KingPhan will be a very solid deck in the HGSS-on format. It kills Zekrom with weakness and would kill Reshiram with weaknesas as well, if Kingdra's attack had no drawback. Thats where Zoroark comes in though. not much to change, perhaps you could pit in a rescue energy or two. You could take out 1 rare candy.
 
yes this deck has a very good speed
on my playtesting 4 out of 5 ,T2 i had an attacking kingdra prime/donphan prime
the only problem is dead cards on my hand thats why i have 3 copycat instead of juniper because i dont want to discard
 
I play tested this deck and I rarely used SSU. kingdra takes too long to set back up and donphan usually doesn't make it to the bench. and if it did make it, then it usually took too long to set back up as well, needing three turns to attach those fighting specific energy. yeah 1 turn for that 60 but doing that a lot isn't ideal.

I'd suggest taking them out and add a couple more switch, another communication and another fighting energy (I also found myself hoping to draw a fighting energy)

Can I see the changes you've made for this deck. If you made any?? This sounds like a fund deck to run but I would run a 2-1-2 Kingdra Prime, and I would throw in a Cinccino. (Do the wave) is an amazing attack. and doesnt take much but 5 benched pokemon to hit 100 with only 2 energies

I would run it like this.. Your atleast not gonna know whats wrong with it till you play it a Couple of times. ... oh Everything is HGSS/on
 
thanks i try that one when i bought B/W cards because there is no stock in our place
BTW i don like energy search and energy switch i think i will make 4 plus power and SSU
