Double Colourless Energy - Should it stay?

I love it, and i don't think things are too fast with it, I think they're too slow without it.

I have a speed Blastgatr build that works great, gets everything up T3 on most cases. It'll survive rotation except the Uxies, Azelfs, and Sableyes, and at that point, I'll probably run Smeargles.

I think DCE should stay, because once GCX is out next rotation, it'll speed up many Stage 2 Decks. I have nothing against it apart from GCX.

I believe DCE should stay, as it's really not speeding up the game very much. How many popular decks use it anyway? Only SP decks, T-Tar, and some other rogues. Also, that card hasn't been printed since Base Set, we might as well keep it.
