If Honchkrow (or obviously Honchkrow LvX) has a Double Rainbow attached, and an active Murkrow attacks with one of Honchkrow's attacks, would that Murkrow get the -10 damage effect of Double Rainbow? I wouldn't think so, since Honchkrow isn't the one attacking, right?
